With the threat of Eryx looming, Jax has to keep Sasha safe and win her over. But can he? Will Sasha love him and give up her mortal life?

Before starting this book, I wasn't really sure what exactly it was about. The description says, but I was still a little confused about it. I'm not going to lie, a big part of why I read it was because of the pretty cover. But The Mephisto Covenant turned out to be one of the most interesting stories I've read in a while.

When I first started it, I was a little confused. The book jumps right into the story without much explaining. Which isn't necessarily a bad thing. But it is explained as it goes along and I got really into it.

I really liked the main character, Sash. She was Anabo, and was supposed to be perfect. But she was still flawed. Which is a good thing. If felt real and helped me connect with her.

And the romance. Although Sasha and Jaz fell in love almost too quick, it didn't bother me as much as in other books. I actually enjoyed it after a while.

Overall, The Mephisto Covenant is a very interesting book. It was one that I didn't hink I'd enjoy as much when I read it. But I did.

  1. Thanks for your review. Although I've heard of it I hadn't given this title much attention. Following on from this I think i'll take a closer look!
